What we can offer:
3D Concept Visualisation
Using your initial sketches, along with mood boards, reference
images and clippings, we can pull together your ideas into attractive 3D visualisations of interior
paces. We will work with you on an ongoing basis as your designs evolve, incorporating client
feedback and new ideas into our 3D modelling, making it a highly valuable design tool.
Photoreal Interior CGIs
When your design is more or less finalised, we will
use your reference materials to visualise every detail, including bespoke furnishings, fabrics and accessories,
producing photorealistic impressions of the space. These computer generated images (CGIs) are ideal for
presentations to clients and for use in marketing materials.
3D Floor Plans
Our 3D Floor Plans are created from the architectural plans,
and clearly show the layout of a new space. They can be fully furnished to your exacting specifications,
providing a compelling overview. In addition, we can move the virtual camera into each room to take
close-up virtual images of the interiors.
3D Flythroughs and Virtual Tours
3D visualisation technology makes it possible
to create walkthrough animations and virtual tours of new interiors, taking viewers on a journey of discovery
around a new space before it actually exists. This can be a powerful presentation tool, and helps to being
new schemes to life for clients and other stakeholders.
How it works:
iCreate prides itself on a flexible approach to client projects, ensuring that you get what you need out of the 3D visualisation process. We understand that you may not have finalised design ideas for us to work from, and that our imagery will need to evolve in response to new ideas and feedback from your colleagues and clients.
For this reason, we are happy to work on an ongoing basis for an agreed hourly rate, which means your project can undergo as many iterations as may be required to get it right.
Alternatively, you can provide us with a full set of sketches and reference photos, and we will happily provide a fixed quotation to deliver photorealistic imagery of the scheme so that you can control costs.
We can also work to a variety of different levels of detail and realism, so that we don’t waste time ‘overworking’ areas of the interior that are still liable to change. Increasing levels of detail can then be added to a scene over time as the design becomes finalised, resulting in photorealistic imagery that is often indistinguishable for real photography.
